Building a clinic for the animals

DK Tibetan Animal Care Center has always been a shelter, a safe place for more than two hundred dogs. Now they're building something they've never had: an on-site clinic where veterinarians can come and treat the animals properly, with the goal of neutering 1,000 dogs. These photos show that clinic going up, block by block.

A safe home for rescued cows

DK Care is building a cow sanctuary to rescue cows from slaughterhouses and give them a permanent, peaceful home, with a goal of rescuing 100 cows. The sanctuary is still under construction, and these photos show the work in progress along with some of the cows already in their care.
